The materials used for bearings are heat treated in a smelting furnace that meets the precise standard and under strict metallurgical control. When heat treatment is carried out for high temperature and corrosion resistant steel commonly used in aviation bearings, advanced vacuum furnaces must be adopted. Equipped with compressed nitrogen quenching and forced convection heating treatment technology, these vacuum furnaces achieve precise thermal cycle through the cutting-edge control ability. Our quality control personnel use state-of-the-art surface analyzers to determine the flatness and roughness of bearing raceways, resulting in reduced weight, increased power, longer life and less maintenance.
