Bearing assembly mode: because the bearing is a high-precision product, such as improper assembly is easy to cause damage to the tapered roller bearing channel, resulting in bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and can not be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can bear the force, and when pressing a large circle, only a large circle can be subjected to force. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure, and the upper and lower touch should be outside the horizontal state when pressing. It is best not to apply oil or grease to the bearing chamber, and if you have to apply it, you should control that there is no accumulation in the bearing chamber. Prevention of lacquer rust: the characteristic of lacquer rust is that it often occurs in the sealed motor, and the sound of the motor is very good during assembly, but after putting it in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very loud, and the tapered roller bearing has serious rust. In the past, many manufacturers will think that it is the problem of bearings, after our continuous publicity, now the motor factory has realized that it is mainly the problem of insulation paint. The main reason for this problem is that the acidic substance volatilized from the insulating paint forms corrosive substances at a certain temperature and humidity, which leads to bearing damage after corrosion of the bearing channel.
