Allowable temperature: under normal load, the lubricant has high temperature resistance and sufficient lubrication, the general bearing is allowed to work at the ambient temperature of-30 ℃-150 ℃.

Selection of bearing Grease.

Improper lubrication accounts for 36% of the causes of premature failure of tapered roller bearings. General grease can not meet the needs of a variety of special bearing applications, the use of only one or all kinds of general grease to meet all bearing applications, the problems will far outweigh the benefits of the same brand. The application conditions of bearings are very varied, and the correct lubrication requires that the grease match with the application conditions of bearings.

Bearing grease is the basis for ensuring smooth, worry-free operation and maximum reliability of bearings, even under the most extreme working conditions. Grease prevents contaminants from entering the bearing, buffers impact load and prevents corrosion. The selection of suitable grease in practical application is the basic condition to obtain the maximum service life of the bearing.

The criteria for the correct selection of lubricants include the type and size, temperature, speed, load, expected service life and supplementary lubrication cycle of tapered roller bearings.

The initial radial clearance of the bearing decreases gradually in the push-in process, and the size of the push determines the fit degree. Therefore, the initial radial clearance of tapered roller bearings must be measured before installation. In the process of pushing the bearing, the radial clearance is continuously measured until the required reduction of radial clearance and the ideal interference fit are achieved.

As the temperature is affected by lubrication, rotational speed, load and environment, the median value of the table only represents the approximate temperature range. The role of bearing lubrication lubrication has an important impact on the fatigue life, friction, wear, temperature rise and vibration of rolling bearings. Without normal lubrication, the bearing can not work. The analysis of the causes of the damage of tapered roller bearings shows that about 40% of the bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. The role of bearing lubrication can be briefly described as follows:

a. An oil film is formed between the two rolling surfaces or sliding surfaces in contact with each other to separate the two surfaces so as to reduce the friction and wear of the contact surface.

b. When using oil lubrication, especially circulating oil lubrication, oil mist lubrication and oil spray lubrication, the lubricating oil can take away most of the friction heat inside the bearing and play an effective role in heat dissipation.

c. When grease lubrication is used, it can prevent external dust and other foreign bodies from entering the tapered roller bearing and play a sealing role.

d. Lubricants can prevent metal rust.

e. Prolong the fatigue life of tapered roller bearings.
